Prolight + Sound, which took place from 12 to 15 March, was once again the highlight of the year for companies, retailers and professional users in the fields of event technology, AV media technology and system integration, among which is our company, Alfalite. As always, Prolight + Sound was held simultaneously with Musikmesse Frankfurt and became a fashionable place for an international audience full of professional visitors. “A total of 107,629 visitors from 142 countries reflect the continued high level of interest shown by the music events sector and in innovations and new technologies,” said Detlef Braun, member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt. In total, 2,242 exhibitors from 57 countries took part in the two events. 42,267 visitors came to Frankfurt mainly for Prolight + Sound – almost the same number as last year. In the Prolight + Sound showrooms, 897 exhibitors from 42 countries presented their products and solutions, further strengthening Prolight + Sound’s prominent position as the leading international trade fair for the sector.
